File for Circuit Breaker Relief
66 years old or surviving spouse with household income up to $38,369
File for Indigent Relief
65 years old or receiving disability benefits. Household income + adjusted assets do not exceed $38,369.
File for Hardship Relief
Any age may apply. Household income + adjusted assets do not exceed $38,369.
File for Veteran Relief
Veterans with a service connected disability, or active duty out of the state.
File for Blind Relief
Legally blind, or the unmarried spouse or minor-aged orphan of a deceased blind person.
Circuit (Meals on Wheels)
Nutritious meal delivery to homebound older adults experiencing frailty & isolation.
Reduce your Utilities
The HEAT Program provides water & energy assistance to eligible households.
Mobile Home Rent Relief
Rent relief for qualifying low income senior citizens or surviving spouses.
