Proposed Amendments to Health Regulation #37

The Salt Lake County Board of Health has proposed amendments to Health Regulation #37, Tobacco Retailer & Electronic Smoking Device.

The public comment period will end on Tuesday, November 30, 2021.

Written comments are preferred and will be accepted if received by 5:00 p.m. on November 30, 2021, via e-mail to
