Proposed Regulations

The Salt Lake County Board of Health has proposed amendments to Health Regulation #31: Standards & Procedures for Adoption of Health Regulations.

The public comment period will end on Tuesday, August 6, 2024.  A copy of the proposed amendments is available below or during normal business hours at the following locations:

Written comments are preferred and will be accepted if received by 5:00 P.M. on August 6, 2024. Comments should be submitted to HealthEH@slco.org or:
