Draper Senior Center

If you have never visited the Draper Senior Center before, you’re in for a surprise!

The state of the art facility offers a wealth of resources for older adults; we have an unparalleled combination of programs, workshops, classes, and services for independent, active and engaged seniors. Draper Senior Center continues to distinguish itself as the new and innovative senior center of today.  Around the city people are taking notice of the Center’s significant achievements and building design offering not only inside activities but outside sports areas as well.

The Center features spectacular vistas from all areas of the Center, and a dining area extended to the outdoors where participants can enjoy their meals next to the beautiful pond, with views of the mountains and Draper City Park. The café style kitchen offers nutritious, freshly prepared meals Monday through Friday.

Welcome to the Draper Senior Center

The Center offers resources provided by Salt Lake County Aging & Adult Services.  We also offer a comprehensive range of programs to enlighten, educate and enrich the lives of active adults age 60 and over.  We consider the Center akin to a “Senior Campus”: an abundant and evolving selection of classes, educational seminars and special activities are offered. For those wanting to explore their creative side, the Center offers opportunities in art, crafts, and music.

We are proud of our health and physical activity classes that include many different types of exercise opportunities: Yoga, Tai Chi, EnhanceFitness® and Zumba group classes. There is an individual exercise workout room with Keiser equipment, SciFit treadmills, and Nustep recumbent bikes.  We also offer access to balance pads, yoga mats, exercise steps, hand and wrist weights, as well as outdoor exercise equipment and two outdoor pickleball courts.
