Government Records Access Management Act (GRAMA)
The Government Records Access Management Act (GRAMA) is the records law for the State of Utah. GRAMA defines what a record is and establishes the criteria for accessing government records. Salt Lake County complies with GRAMA through county ordinance.

Government Records Access Management and Policy Administration Committee (GRAMPA)
The responsibilities of the GRAMPA Committee are to develop and review records and information management policies on behalf of county government agencies. Representation on the committee is from the elected offices and county departments and divisions. The GRAMPA committee meets on a monthly basis.
