Residential Treatment

Residential treatment is a level of care that entails that the client lives (resides) within a treatment facility for a specified duration of care. There are three different levels of residential treatment. An assessment is completed by a licensed mental health therapist, along with input from the client, that will determine the level of care recommended. Residential treatment programs usually include group and individual therapy sessions and are staffed 24 hours a day. These centers are NOT lock down facilities.
